Hello! Welcome to the Martins Ferry Public Library BookBusters Teen Book Club. Our Club meets every other Thursday from 4pm to 5:30pm. The Teen Book Club is for grades 6 – 12. Lisa Millhouse, the Martins Ferry Library Youth Service Librarian, will be leading the book discussion. Anyone interested in joining our book club may sign up at the front desk or just show up for a meeting. All teens are welcome.

Online Book Club
If you can't come to a meeting, we have an online book club discussion where members can comment on the books that we are reading. The online book discussion is located under the Forum Tab. A new book will be posted a week ahead of the meeting, so anyone who wants to start reading the book early may request the new book after it has been posted. The dates for the discussion will be posted with the new book. Remember to Be Courteous when making comments.

A library card is needed to request and to checkout books. Library cards are free for Ohio Residents. To obtain a card, just bring a parent or guardian with you and tell the staff at the front desk that you would like a library card. Your parent or guardian will need a Photo ID with a current address or a Photo ID and a piece of mail such as a utility bill with their new address on it.

blog
Check out the blog for book reviews and recommendations from the BookBusters Teen Club.

Poetry Corner
The Poetry Corner is for those who love to read and write poetry. Anyone interested in poetry may post their favorite poetry or their own creations in this section. Just Remember to keep your postings and comments PG13! And as always be courteous when commenting.
